Terms of Service for Robin White Services

Welcome to Robin White Services's terms of service! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Delivery

  • Upon delivery of processed articles, ensure you retain the original bill or challan copy.
  • Present the original bill or challan copy at the time of article collection.
  • If the original bill or challan is lost or unavailable, processed articles will be released only after verifying ownership credentials.

Charges

  • Express or urgent delivery of articles incurs a 50% surcharge over the standard tariff.

Inspection

  • Inspect articles thoroughly upon delivery. We are not liable for any damages discovered after article collection.

Quality Concerns

  • If dissatisfied with any service, contact the store or company within 24 hours for resolution.

Limitations of Liability

  • We are not responsible for fastness, color bleed, color running, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery work during processing.
    • 100% removal of stains or marks. Customers have no claim or deduction right for this reason.
    • Damage to articles that cannot withstand the normal cleaning or dry cleaning process or due to aging or inferior-quality materials
    • Damage to ornaments, jewelry fittings, or articles due to defective manufacturing, adulteration, deterioration, wear and tear, or environmental exposure

Timelines

  • We strive for timely pick-up and delivery. However, we are not liable for delays beyond our control, including force majeure events. Customers are not entitled to compensation, refunds, or charge reductions in such cases.

Unclaimed Articles

  • We assume no responsibility for articles beyond three weeks from the scheduled delivery date.

Loss or Damage Beyond Our Control

  • We are not liable for loss or damage to articles due to fire, burglary, or similar events beyond our control.

Valuables

    • We are not liable for any valuables, articles, or cash that are inadvertently left in articles that have been mutilated or are unrecoverable after processing.
  • Tariffs for designer wear, high-end fabric-based clothes, or complex article pieces are determined on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to the customer at the store.

Compensation for Damaged Articles

  • In case of article damage during processing, compensation is limited to 10 times the processing charges or INR 3000, whichever is lower, except for the reasons outlined above.

Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore only.

Modifications

  • Robin White Services reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
